
The Highland School District has fallen into the Moderate Risk category for known Covid infections according to the ACHI website. The Highland Covid 19 Mask Policy states that if the district falls from the High Risk category into a lower category that masks will be recommended.
The Highland District strongly recommends that all students and staff continue to wear masks.
This will be effective starting Friday, September 3, until further notice.

Parents, if your child has recently turned 11 or 16, is new to the district, or has started 7th grade, they may be due for immunizations. School nurses have mailed out information regarding a clinic and which immunizations are needed. Please be checking your mailboxes and return the paperwork ASAP if you have not already done so. If you have any questions, please contact your school nurse. This clinic is for state-required immunizations only.

The first Home Football game is today. The Senior Rebels will play Walnut Ridge. Start time is 7:00 pm. The game will be livestreamed. The Highland Athletic Hall of Fame induction will be at halftime of the game. The recognition will also be livestreamed.

Cherokee Elementary School students have the option to ride the activity bus each afternoon from the elementary school to the A.L. Hutson parking lot for parent/guardian pick-up.
