The Highland School District is seeking a Family Support Specialist for the Highland Home Visiting Program — an opportunity to work with the youngest Rebels in our community and make a lasting impact on families during the most important early years of a child’s development.
The Family Support Specialist will build and maintain a caseload of families with children ages 0–5 and conduct in-home educational visits that emphasize:
⭐ Parent-child interaction
⭐ Development-centered parenting
⭐ Family well-being and support
This position plays a vital role in helping families grow strong foundations for learning and success while supporting early childhood development across our community.
