Congratulations to our very own Ms. Beverly Rogers, 3rd grade teacher at Cherokee Elementary School!

Ms. Rogers was recently featured in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette for her insights on artificial intelligence and how it has become an invaluable tool in today’s classrooms. Her willingness to embrace innovation and thoughtfully integrate new technology into her teaching continues to benefit our students in meaningful ways.

In addition, Ms. Rogers has been selected to participate in the Arkansas Excellence in Teaching Fellowship Program, a prestigious nine-month program launched in summer 2025 that celebrates some of our state’s greatest educators. The fellowship uplifts teachers who receive merit pay and helps highlight for the public what outstanding teaching looks like and how it is recognized.

Ms. Rogers is a tremendous asset to CES. She is deeply invested in her students’ success, actively involved in our school, and continually engaged in our community. Her dedication, leadership, and passion for education truly make a difference every day.

Congratulations, Ms. Bev — we are so proud of you! ❤️🤍🩶
